Road Control Plus® is an environmentally safe polymer derived from natural ingredients including de-sugared beet juice. The ready-to-use blend of GEO BEET®, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride is a biodegradable, non-toxic, cost-effective dust suppressant and soil stabilizer. Road Control Plus is available for immediate shipment via a common carrier in 55 gallon drums or 275 gallon totes. Bulk truck loads (4500 gal) are shipped via one of our contracted carriers from one of our depots located nearest your zip code.
Road Control Plus® works by coating and binding the dust and surface material. It rejuvenates with moisture and is a non-toxic, cost-effective way to control road dust and stabilize soil. This unique blend of GEO BEET, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride is less corrosive and lasts up to 4-times longer than when other traditional chloride products are used. When used to stabilize roads prior to paving, the Road Control Plus treated gravel under the asphalt lasts up to 4x longer than an untreated gravel base. Ready-to-use blend of de-Sugared beet juice, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride.
APPLICATION RATES
Dust Control
Scarify and pulverize the surface to 1-2” deep
Water as needed and apply Road Control Plus at the following rates:
First application: 1/2 gal per yd²
Subsequent applications: ¼ gal per yd²
Roll to compact for best results
Dust Abatement
Water the surface well and apply Road Control Plus at the rate of 1/3rd gal per yd²
Soil Stabilization
Scarify and pulverize the surface to 1-2” deep
Water as needed and apply Road Control Plus at the rate of ½ gal per yd²
Regrade to mix well
Roll to compact the surface
Apply a topcoat of Road Control Plus at the same rate
