GEOMELT® 55 (Beet Juice) Liquid Organic Additive for salt or brine is derived from renewable resources providing a sustainable and environmentally sensitive alternative. The patented de-sugared beet-based anti-icing/deicing concentrate is a natural, agricultural product that features superior anti-ice/deicing performance when added to chlorides and reduces salt application rates up to 30%, substantially reducing operating costs.
GEOMELT® 55 mixes well with traditional brines, natural brines and magnesium chloride and can be used as stockpile treatment pre-wetting agent and in anti-icing, deicing liquid programs. Never meant to be used alone…GEOMELT® 55 liquid additive must be used to pile treat salt or blended with brine. For ready-to-use deicing options choose GEOMELT® S7 or GEOMELT® S8.
